Why I'm going it alone

In the last few weeks you may or may not noticed a few changes to Ramayana: The Thread of Luminance - no Hanuman hasn't decided to call it quits I've decided to incorporate myself or more precisely this project.

For years I've struggled with little or no money to get this project finished and though some web services have dropped in price (such as this wonderful website from square space) costs will be incurred and though hI have managed to find sponsorship from Patreon that has motivated me in producing Ramayana: The Thread of Luminance I think I can take it further.

Patreon will all it's flaws (particular if you don't live on the West Coast of the U.S.A) is a great platform for seeking initial sponsorship but the closed nature of Ramayana: The Thread of Luminance it was never meant to be a long term solution.

And to do that and after much consideration incorporate Ramayana: The Thread of Luminance as a UK Limited company and in time further abroad.

Please note I do seek ownership of the Ramayana or any of it's parts and wonderful characters of this ancient epic but I'm asserting my rights over my hard work and my interpretation of placing this story in a contemporary setting.

This has nothing to do with all the sudden interest in Indian cinema over summer 2017 that I assure you is just a coincidence -- I have been slumping it for decade long before all the heat from the sub continent.

No, what I intend to do with my work is take it to the next level and seek further support to develop it into, well I don't know yet, a cartoon live action film series or just leave it as it is for people to discover and enjoy only time will tell.

It's not too late to support and be apart of it's exciting future.
