31. SCREWING UP THE FUTURE.
The increasingly paranoid monarch KING RAVANA hears from his government about the latest turn of events as the Vanara continue their journey down from KISHKINDHA. As you can imagine the absolute ruler of AYODHYA is not best pleased with his slippery Prime Minister VIBHISANA whose enriched himself and his family eventhough his only achievement is an uneasy peace with the impoverished VANARA.
Meanwhile SITA is still under the illusion that his Majesty still cares about her work although his majesty has serious doubts about the concept of democracy and a civilian government...
NEW BLOG UPDATES and WHY STREAMING MEDIA IS SO EPIC
For many of us work and life make it hard to catch up with our favourite media, be that TV, films and Books. Because of our work there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day, so thank god for streaming media services like Amazon Prime and Netflick, but has anybody thought of the cultural significance of these services? I don't mean any particular content (I've finally got round to watching 'The Crown' Netflix, but where streaming services sit in our cultural landscapes? PBS Digital Studios Mike Rugetta looks at this very subject in the latest 'IDEA CHANNEL' declaring them to be as culturally significant as a means of dissemination of classic EPICS (from the Ancient Greek root of episode) and alongside Russian novels, English Shakespearean theatre, French chamber music and more recently American movies of the 70's and 80's arguing that due to falling costs of technology and increasing access ( equivalent to the printing press) we can all participate in the latest series at our leisure.
